 Debit notes printing over two pages
A debit note can print over two pages because:
  1. you receive an updated version of the program or this is your first time to use Inandrias
  2. you have changed printers
  3. you have typed in a long narrative
This tip refers to cases 1 & 2 above:
  • Preview the report
  • Right click the mouse anywhere over the preview
  • Click Page Setup on the pop-up list
  • Click the Margins tab
  • Change Top to 25 millimetres
  •     "    Bottom to 6      " 
  •     "        Left to12      "
  •     "       Right to 4      "
  • Click OK
  • Press F12 to save these changes
  • Click OK (do not change the report's name
This applies to any report that is not fitting on the printed page correctly.  Note that you may also need to change the orientation from Portrait to Landscape for some reports.

Using the keyboard instead of using the mouse
When capturing data in a form it is best to do everything from the keyboard and, if possible, leave the mouse alone.  Here is a list of capture activities and their corresponding keyboard actions:
 
  • Selecting data from a drop down list.  To make the list appear press Alt+down arrow.  To highlight an item to select us the up and down arrow keys.  To select the highlighted item press Enter.
