Software support includes data support.
Generally, our technicians respond to fault reports within 24 hours of a call being logged.
Software errors and data errors caused by the system are repaired free of charge.
The recovery of or the repair of corruption to software or data is charged at our standard hourly charge out rate in force at the time we attend to the problem.

All development of Inandrias that can be incorporated into the product is done free of charge.
Our analyst will create a gap analysis and a full specification of the work to be carried out by our development team.
Our team will undertake basic testing but it is the client's responsibility to completely test to ensure that all functionality is working correctly. This includes testing to ensure that the original functionality is also working the same way before the changes were introduced.

This support is outside of our expertise and we simply refer your problem to the technicians that we are currently working with and who we can trust the best.
If necessary we will assist the technician to diagnose specific problems and prove that these are not caused by any software components. This obviates the situation where our client could get caught between software and hardware technicians: a most frustrating experience!
Our standard hourly charge out rates apply.

Occasionally it happens that clients have an urgent report to make or a critical set of figures to produce. The consulting arm of Inandrias Software can normally get stuck into helping with such issues at a moment's notice. The standard hourly charge out rate in force at the time applies loaded with a twenty percent emergency premium.
